Refund Policy and Cancellations

At DNA Concierge Plus, refunds are not available once a test has been performed, if DNA kits or supplies have been shipped or if cancellation is the same day. Appointments canceled are subject to a $75 service fee.

If sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued, though the test can be rescheduled. Estimated completion times are discussed at scheduling and confirmed during testing; while results are typically delivered on time, occasional delays may occur.

Once testing is initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellations - must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any penalties.

Refund Eligibility- Refunds are available if a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No- show policy - No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for an appointment without prior cancellation will result in $75.00 deposit that is nonrefundable and no refunds will be issued 48 hours before DNA testing.

Scheduling - same-day appointments must be booked 4 hours in advance. Requests made after 2:00pm may incur an extra fee. Same day appointments are not guaranteed and are based on the availability of staff and resources.

Rescheduling - Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Processing Time - approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

Payment - If requesting an urgency appointment, A same-day appointment can be arranged for an additional fee of $75.00 subject to availability.

DNA test - Base testing fee includes up to 3 parties (mother, alleged father and 1 child).

Additional Party Fee - for each additional party (child, mother, father, uncle, etc.), and extra fee of $100 will be applied.

Documentation - all parties must provide valid identification (driver's license, state id or passport, if for a child - birth certificate or social security card with picture photo) and consent forms before testing. Photos will be taken of all parties to be tested and sent with the DNA sample to the Lab.

Mileage Policy - A mileage fee of $0.65 per mile will be charged for travel beyond 25- mile radius from the main office location or service provider's location. Extended Travel - For distances exceeding 50 miles, additional travel time will be billed at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour.
