1. What types of DNA tests do you offer?
DNA Concierge Plus provides a full range of legal and non‑legal DNA testing services, including paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, avuncular, twin zygosity, immigration, estate/probate, and specialty relationship testing.

2. How long does the DNA collection appointment take?
Most appointments take 15–30 minutes. Our collectors work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

3. How does mobile DNA collection work?
A certified collector travels to your home, office, hospital, or facility.
Once payment and any applicable mileage fees are received, your collector is dispatched to your location.

4. What should I expect during the appointment?
Your collector will:
• Verify identification
• Take required photos
• Complete chain‑of‑custody documentation
• Collect cheek swab samples
• Securely package and send samples to the laboratory

5. Do all parties need identification?
Yes. All individuals being tested must present valid photo identification (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport).
For minors without photo ID, a Birth Certificate and parent/guardian signature are required.

6. Will photos be taken during the appointment?
Yes. All parties will have photos taken and submitted to the laboratory for identification purposes only as part of the chain‑of‑custody process.

7. How will I receive my results?
Results are sent via email to the ordering party only.
If requested, results can also be mailed via postal service.
Turnaround time is typically 2–5 business days depending on the test type.
8. Can I bring guests or pets to the appointment?
No. For safety and confidentiality, no additional guests or pets are allowed during testing.

9. Can I eat or drink before the test?
Please avoid food or drink for 30 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure sample quality.

10. Is there a deposit required to schedule a DNA test?
Yes. A $100 initial deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is 100% non‑refundable unless the appointment is canceled by DNA Concierge Plus or an official party within 72 hours before the scheduled test.

11. When is the remaining balance due?
Full payment is due on the day of testing.
A payment link will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, or you may pay directly through our website.
If payment is not received within 4 hours of the scheduled test, a collector will not be dispatched.

12. Are mileage fees included?
Mileage up to 50 miles roundtrip is included and calculated from our headquarters:

13. What if my location is more than 50 miles roundtrip?
Mileage beyond 50 miles roundtrip is billed at $0.62 per mile.
All additional mileage fees must be paid prior to dispatching a collector.
